Weekly Letter to Mission President
Dear President Hiatt,
WOW. This week has been a very new experience for me. I didn't know how tough being a trainer could be. My first couple of days was really hard. But with time time it get easier. We are getting along great. I know this is a chance for me to grow and to become a better missionary. I know that it is what Heavenly Father wants me to do.
We have some baptisms scheduled for this month if they go to church. While talking to some of the members we really need to do something about the activity rate. I see no sue of bringing new members into the church if they don't have a strong ward to attend to. To me; Members are the keystone of retention. We need to work with the ward to get it strong before we bring more people. One return missionary in our ward said that for 2 months she and her comp worked on reactivating. They increased the attendance. I don't know what to do! What do you suggest? Take care.
