Philippines Baguio Mission 1996-1998

Dear President Hiatt, First.. things are going great here! I am so happy with my new companion E. Ewer. We both feel the same way about the work. We have set goals and will try to get them.      We were blessed with a total of 5 convert baptism here in Bantay for the month of March. I feel they are really great and will stay active.  The spirit was there at the baptism yesterday. I came away from the baptism floating on air. It is such a great feeling!      Closing I am doing great. I have no needs right now. I love my mission!  May God bless us all.

Dear President and Sister Hiatt, This week was a little bit on the down side. We were punted (the appointment fell through) many times. We are always following up with them. This next week I will be getting a new companion (E. Ewer) here in Bantay. I am looking forward to having an American companion. I know it will be very challenging for both of us. I am thankful for all the many blessings I have received while being companions with Elder Pua. I have learned so much from him. I wanted to thank you for the spirit you brought to us during the 1st stake conference up here in Illocus Sur. I could really feel of your spirits. I love you and am blessed to be serving under your leadership.

Dear President, This week was a great week. We were blessed with 4 baptisms. I could really feel the spirit there. We have 3 more lined up for this month. I hope all goes as planned. Life is great. I have no problems to speak of. I love my mission. I love my companion. I have learned so much from him.

President Hiatt, Well everything is going well here in Bantay & San Vicente. We have a lot of new contacts. Hopefully we can use our skills and be able to convert them. I really enjoyed the Zone conference that we had. I learned so much. Thanks for all. May god bless us all!

Dear President Hiatt, As you may already know, we had a half day mission in San Sabastian/ San Vicente. I really feel it was successful. I know that next week will be super busy. I feel so good with myself when we're working hard. Life is great! May God bless Us all
